Let's work together on big dreams
If you are a team player looking for a career which challenges your skills, you may be interested in working at Rondal. We provide the most up-to-date tools, training, software, and innovative leadership to guide you on your journey. We support our employees' continuing improvement.
We are a tight team of highly qualified engineers, naval architects, composite builders, fabricators, sailors and riggers and we are continually working to push boundaries in each of our areas of expertise. We are also constantly seeking individuals who are as passionate about the yachting industry as we are.
For our composite team we're looking for a:
PRODUCTIONWORKER COMPOSITE
As a composite production worker at Rondal, you will be working on unique and high-quality composite components, such as masts, booms, hatches, and superstructure constructions for superyachts. In a dynamic team, you will be involved in the production of state-of-the-art products and custom solutions.
WHAT DOES A PRODUCTION COMPOSITES WORKER DO?
Throughout the production process, you are responsible for the carbon product from start to finish. You laminate the products with carbon material in molds. You ensure the correct heat treatment in the oven or autoclave, and ultimately, you assemble and bond the components into a complete end product. Finally, you also finish the end product. In short, you oversee the entire production of the carbon product.
As a composite production worker at Rondal, you work in a unique sector with plenty of room for initiative and self-improvement.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for colleagues who are also enthusiastic about creating beautiful products with high-quality materials. It helps if you have a technical background with experience in carbon/composites. No experience with carbon yet, but eager to learn? In that case, we would also like to hear from you.
