Meet our new Service and Aftersales Manager, Lorenzo Giacomuzzi. Lorenzo joins us with a wealth of experience in the maritime industry. “I’m inspired by the out-of-the-box thinking and boundary-pushing approach at Rondal,” he shares.
In his role, Lorenzo will lead the aftersales and service team. With over five years at Nautor Swan as a Project Manager, where he delivered more than 10 yachts, and over a decade as a captain on sailing yachts up to 35 meters, he brings a unique, and comprehensive perspective. His broad experience has given him a 360-degree approach to problem-solving, invaluable for his role.
Lorenzo’s first impression of the team is one of dedication and professionalism, and he is particularly drawn to innovations in sustainability, especially around materials and processes. His goal is clear: to empower the team to perform at their best and expand the service market presence.
