Aluminum Flush Deck Hatches

Rondal aluminum flush deck hatches have set the industry standard for flush deck hatches since their introduction to the global market. These hatches are constructed from extruded aluminum parts made of EN AW-6082 aluminum, which are combined with CNC-milled components to ensure a guaranteed watertight and durable structure. They are available with either flush-mounted deck hinges or concealed hinges, imparting an elegant appearance to any deck.

These hatches are available with PMMA or glass windows and are ready for teak cladding. Notably, the innovative hinge design allows for a full 16mm teak covering, making the hatches no longer the thinnest part of the deck. This improvement significantly increases the lifespan of the entire teak deck.
