EXTENSIVE RESEARCH

The Rondal composite flush deck hatch is the outcome of an extensive research and development process designed to meet the most demanding criteria.

Thanks to our unique production method, involving the curing of advanced prepreg carbon fiber laminates between male and female molds, the product attains a perfect shape and smoothness when the hatches are released from the mold. This means that the finished hatch requires no fairing or filler, resulting in additional weight savings.

Our standard sizes (with all clear opening) are:

  • 450 x 450 mm 
  • 550 x 550 mm
  • 650 x 650 mm
  • 750 x 750 mm

UP TO 30%

Compared to conventional aluminum hatches, composite hatches and gutters can achieve weight savings of up to 30%. The composite flush deck hatches come with a spray-painted finish and can be supplied with either aluminum or stainless steel dog-locks.

They are available in standard sizes and can also be customized to fit your specific requirements.
