Spanning a total of 4,000m², these facilities include a 2,150m² composite workshop, a 1,750m² assembly area, and a 60m painting shed. Our advanced infrastructure ensures that we can meet the most demanding production requirements, offering both Out Of Autoclave (OOA) and autoclave production options using high-performance pre-preg laminates.
Rondal’s purpose-built curing ovens are designed to handle complex composite structures with precision and efficiency. Our larger oven, extending over 80 meters in length, alongside a modular oven of 15 meters, both capable of curing at temperatures up to 100 degrees Celsius, provide unmatched capability in the industry. This advanced technology ensures that we can deliver composite components that are both robust and reliable, meeting the highest standards of the maritime industry.
